P.I. Works’ Know It All Project Receives Prestigious GSMA Foundry Excellence Award at MWC Barcelona 2023

P.I. Works’ Know It All project has been recognized by the GSMA Foundry Excellence Award, among the most innovative solutions showcased at the Foundry Forge Experience at MWC Barcelona 2023.

Know It All is a cutting-edge network analysis solution that leverages geodata linked to customer behavior modeling, in order to accurately assess customer experience based on geolocation datasets. This can be done by using the tools provided by the solution and data obtained from both networks and a geodata analytics tool with specific data points. Examples of network parameters that can be measured include throughput and signal strength - both indoor and outdoor, or while traveling by bus, rail, or car from various different locations.

Know It All enables operators to determine the required investment and forecast demand by analyzing customer ARPU, customer site interactions, low-latency service demand, site congestion, and coverage obligations using big data methodology. This project aims to provide a ‘line of sight’ between technical and commercial considerations, customer experience, monetization, and smart CapEx/OpEx optimization while delivering ‘bang for the buck’ across the entire business chain and driving commercial results linked to smart CapEx investments.
