P.I. Works and TELUS Receive Operator Deployment Award at FutureNet World 2025

We are pleased to announce that P.I. Works, in close collaboration with our trusted partner TELUS, has been honored with the Operator Deployment Award at FutureNet World 2025, held in London on May 7–8. The award recognizes the most successful implementation of automation within a live network environment, demonstrating tangible impact and long-term strategic value.

The award-winning deployment highlights how automation, when combined with deep domain expertise and a focus on business outcomes, can deliver significant improvements in operational performance while reducing complexity and cost. 

As operators worldwide accelerate their digital transformation journeys, this project serves as a powerful example of how well-executed automation strategies can directly enhance network agility, customer experience, and service innovation. Together with TELUS, we successfully deployed a fully integrated automation framework that supports ongoing optimization and lays the groundwork for next-generation services such as 5G network slicing and AI-driven operations.
