BTC Teams Up with P.I. Works for Nationwide Network Optimization Service

Botswana’s leading digital and communication services provider, Botswana Telecommunications Corporation, will be partnering with P.I. Works for the second time under a new network audit and optimization contract.

Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Limited (BTC), one of Botswana’s largest telecommunications operators, has announced that it will be teaming up with P.I. Works under a new network audit and optimization services agreement. This builds upon their previous 5-year collaboration, during which the operator deployed P.I. Works’ optimization services across its network to improve network quality.

The new project aims to enable the operator to have an impartial view of its network performance as well as ensure a maximized network service quality with the utmost user experience, across the operator's 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies. This will be achieved by using P.I. Works’ globally proven EXA automation solution, along with other optimization solutions under P.I. Works EVO Platform.
