Ucell and P.I. Works Teamed Up to Turn Business and Network Data into Actionable Insights

Ucell, one of the leading operators in Central Asia, and P.I. Works teamed up for implementing an integrated network and business performance management platform as part of digital transformation. The solution will provide visibility across radio, transport and core networks for 2G, 3G and 4G as well as information from various other data sources such as marketing, finance, project management and sales. As a key part of the project P.I. Works will implement executive dashboards to provide real time network and business performance insights for c-level executives of Ucell.

The solution provides powerful data processing and visualization capabilities powered by AI-based recommendations to ensure that both technical and business users can quickly receive actionable insights. This empowers Ucell team to understand the factors with the greatest impact on the customers’ quality of experience and their relation to the business performance.
