P.I. Works Shortlisted for 2017 Global Telecom Awards

The 2017 Global Telecom Awards finalists have been finally announced on 11 September 2017 and P.I. Works has made its way to the shortlist in the “Managed Services Innovation of the Year” category. The winner will be announced on 2 November 2017 with a Ceremony in London and will be recognized for innovation and excellence in the global telecom industry.

P.I. Works, the leading provider of mobile network management products and services worldwide, has been leveraging its centralized SON (cSON) powered solutions to improve mobile service quality and accelerate network transformation of operators. P.I. Works applied Global Telecom Awards with its SON powered Managed Services project that is being delivered to Türk Telekom. The project spans planning, optimization and operations of the mobile network in Western Turkey that carries around 66% of the operator’s traffic. As opposed to the traditional managed services, P.I. Works leverages its uSON platform, which provides fully-automated centralized SON functionality as a single, integrated solution combining optimization, tuning and troubleshooting, HetNet planning, configuration management and real-time network monitoring.
